One On One

Open dialogue is a beginning conversation that allows for a client to openly express what they are hoping to achieve.

Body-breath connect guides a client to bring the focus inside the body and towards breathing without imposing any kind of breathing technique or style, which creates an opening for a client to access a cellular embodied breath in their own way and time.


Guided dance is where I can help a client to work through blockages, find a flow, release habitual tensions and, eventually bring a client to a space where they can improvise freely, which can last as long as the client needs within the confines of session timeframe.


Journaling or drawing to consolidate the session and to actualise the progress achieved.

Somatic check-in debriefs a session, which helps to see where and what came up for a client, which can be a verbal or a nonverbal response after the experience.
